I wouldn't touch Westbrook with a 10 ft pole. He plays the most selfish brand of basketball in the NBA. He racks up stats on massive usage rates, low efficiency and needlessly takes stats from teammates to pump up his own. And his contract is going to be abysmal either starting this year or next. If we could land the number 6 pick from ATL the Harden to Philly, Simmons to MN and 1, 6 and salary filler to Houston becomes very possible. Tillman is a cheap ass who isn't gonna pay for that team. It should be alarming to anyone in the NBA that D'Antoni and Morey were both cool with just separating ways.

I saw that Danny Green might be part of the deal too. That would be a pretty nice package OKC is getting for a guy a couple years ago that was supposedly overpaid. Schroeder to the Lakers is a nice get for them if he is the guy he was with OKC.

If pick 28 and Danny Green can get you Dennis Schroder...

So that is an asset play for OKC. That could give a little perspective into what they might want for CP3.

28 for Schroeder seems real low value for an important piece on that OKC team last year.

Rumors are that Lou Williams could be on the move to Dallas for the No. 18 pick...

I guess this draft isn't as weak as it was hyped up to be. Huh. Williams for a mid-first? I get that he's a weak defender, but come on now.

Yep. If the Lou Williams report is accurate, coming on the heels of the Schroeder deal, then the Wolves should drive a really hard bargain for their three picks.

But then again, I've never thought this was a weak draft. It might not be quite as strong at the very top, but I think it's deep and loaded with a lot of high-end talent.

It is encouraging to see some worthwhile players come with those picks. Sweet Lou is a high level player on a crazy good contract...for one more year. Having his rights to be able to pay him if you are over the cap would be big and Williams has settled for a reasonable contract once already so he may do that again and Dallas would be an incredible fit for him.
