We need to get our best players on the floor PERIOD and stop worrying so much about the fact someone might be a little taller than one of our guards.

The key difference between the two is Teague can create a shot out of a broken play (witness the crazy scoop shot he made against Denver with the shot clock winding down) and I'm not sure Tyus can do this yet. But man, on the other stuff - defense, ball movement, protecting the rock - Tyus seems to be a better fit with our other players. As long as he has shot creators around him, he will be fine.

With Butler and Wiggins, tyus doesn't really need to be able to create a shot of a broken play. Teagues ability to create a shot would be much more useful with the bench guys.
Tyus doesn't need to start (even though I think he should), but thibs should maybe get him more minutes with the starters.
With tyus, Butler, and wiggins up front, wee actually help Kat to become a better defensive player. There are less quick blowbys and better defensive communication.

Interesting point about Tyus helping KAT defensively. It echos comments Jim Peterson has made - that a big part of KAT's defensive problems have stemmed from poor perimeter defense and that Tyus has been great defensively this season.

Is Teague on a two year contract? That would be nice to see Tyus grab that starting job next season and make Teague expendable.
