Will you be happy if anyone of those 4 end up being our coach next year? I wont
I'm intrigued by the idea of Cassell and Billups, and even Saunders Jr. (in several years), but I'll be furious if Mitchell is the guy.
Im with you on mitchell and the young saunders. I dont want mitchell and while I like ryan saunders, having him replace his dad as coach is not what I want to see. The problem I have with flip is his outdated offense and weak defense, Im not sure his son will have a different approach towards those 2 area than his dad. But he seems like a good assistant that works with the young guys on the roster.
Cassell is a guy I feel will wore out his welcome quickly if he was a head coach. Billups has no experience. People will point out that kerr is a rookie coach as well but he has had president/gm experience running the front office and the team and he was one of the best analyst for tnt when he was doing tv. Billups has not proven anything to be name head coach.

No one does for the long term, but all this bullshit mockery, trashing him, acting like he's the worst coach EVER IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND, about him never giving up the spot and always putting out shitty lists of guys he'd give up the spot for, etc. over and over and over and over and over and over and over and overy.. it never fucking stops. It's ridiculous and EXTREMELY FUCKING ANNOYING. Just STOP.

whats your problem with it grey? My problem with flip is i feel his offense philosophies are outdated and his defense is weak. I want someone new to coach the team soon.
Can you fucking explain what problem you have with that? Do you want him to remain coach for the next 2-4 years or do you beleive that he will step down soon and hire a new coach and have solid proof of it?
Re: Hey, 2nd ain't bad
Grey, you can fucking stop reading it if reading about it FUCKS you up! Your just being ridiculous!
Re: Hey, 2nd ain't bad
I just did explain it. I'm not talking about the simple fact we'd rather have a different coach, don't like his offense, his defense, etc. I'm talking about all the added BS, exaggerations, mockery, etc, etc that is CONSTANTLY spewed. That dead horse has been beat so damn much it's mush.
Re: Hey, 2nd ain't bad
World, I guarantee I'm not the only one sick of it. It's one thing to talk about his strengths and weaknesses as a coach, GM, etc (I've joined those discussions plenty). It's another to constantly spew all the other unnecessary BS as I previously mentioned, that doesn't add anything to the discussion.

So thats what fucks you up? geez. The horse keeps getting fucking beat because it has not been fucking proven otherwise! If you dont like reading about it then dont fucking read about it!

Re: Hey, 2nd ain't bad
I'm going to come to Grey's defense here. I understand where he is coming from I think. I'm not picking on any one poster, but the anti-Flip rhetoric has gotten carried away, His offense needs to be extended to the three point line, but it's not the worst offense ever concocted. His teams on this 2nd tour with the Wolves have been awful defensively, but he HAS had some good defensive teams in this career.
Fact is he's done more as a head coach and gone farther than the flavor of the day - Thibs. He's a very bright guy who isn't the greatest coach of all time, but you could do a lot worse. I'm not sure who could have gotten this Wolves team to do a whole lot better last year. Maybe Bill Musselman or the Wizard of Westwood himself.
