Does anyone think Phil will trade Melo and blow it up all the way? His contract and attitude is a cancer
I never thought of Jackson as much of a GM until he drafted Jordon, Pippen, Bryant, and talked the cheapskate Lakers into signing O'Neal.
No wait, my mistake. All those guys were there when he got there, and it turns out the Lakers AREN'T cheap.
But what about that time Saunders couldn't make any deals on deadline day because he was at his home in St. Baartz and St. Baartz lost phone service?
No, wait, that was Jackson.
Jackson isn't god-awful. Once they restore phone service in St. Baartz, he did convince HOU to give up draft picks for Prigioni. And he did make some good (not great) deals before that. And he's been alright with his 2nd-rounders. But not quite time to crown his behind.
