Sounds like Bennett may not play SL because he will be playing in the Pan Am games. Too bad I'd like to see him in SL but it's good he will be playing in some real games no matter if he is with the Wolves or somewhere else.

I would have liked to see him there too. Jay-Z says Bazz, Zach, Payne, Towns and Jones will all play. Wiggins, AB and Gorgui will practice with the SL team, but not play. Nothing was said about Bjelica.

Biggest surprise to me is Shabazz...unusual for a 3rd year guy to play.

I was surprised about Bazz also but he may have wanted to play since he missed a lot of time this season.

Bjelica's season hasn't been over that long right? Probably taking some time off or maybe he is playing or practicing for/with his country around that time.

Bjelica is 27, but it wouldn't surprise me if he did play. But that is not a topic until he is able to sign a contract. And that cannot happen until July 1st, apparently.

Its not that uncommon for 3rd year and even older guys to play. I bet Bazz wants to play there. Heck Nate Robinson went for like 5 years. I saw Belinelli there a few times and probably more that I cant remember.

The schedule is out, and the Wolves play the first night (July 10) against the Lakers. I've threatened to attend each of the last two summers, but my schedule didn't allow it. Too bad, because it just would have meant a quick 3-hour drive through the desert. Now it's a plane ride from Minny for me, but I'm still thinking about going for the first two games (July 10 and 11).

Also, the Wolves have announced that they are reprising their pre-SL scrimmage from last year...Wednesday July 8. That should be a party!

Brady Heslip in for #Twolves summer league, I hear. One of the best shooters around, IMO. Like to see him stick w/ shooting still a need.

I'm finally going to check out my first Vegas SL. I'll be out there for the first three games against the Lakers, Bulls and Jazz. The Lakers should be tough with Randle, Russell and Clarkson, as will the Bulls with McDermott and Portis. Live game reports to follow.

Speaking of Bobby Portis...did you hear how he is winning over the media in Chicago. The kid brought 100 specialty donuts to his opening press conference...smart guy!

I am jealous of you LST. I am also Jealous of the Bulls getting Portis. I really think he is a lock to be a really good rotation player at least.
