Good points about size and weight, slim.
I'm not a physical therapist, but I've been through a lot of physical therapy from several knee injuries. They always told me that I needed to maintain strength and flexibility in my butt and even abs as well as in my hips and below on the side of my quads in order to provide as much stability and balance for my knees as possible, and that this would also help prevent future foot injuries.
One thing I notice about Towns is how his knees sometime seem to be a little too close with his toes pointing in a little too much (particularly on the right) when he jumps sometimes, or more often, when he shoots a jump shot. My therapist would have said he's gotta get that right foot square, and strengthen the outside muscles on his right leg to make that happen. It's probably minor, but if I were the Wolves, I'd definitely have physical therapists in working with these guys to get their physical mechanics as sound as possible.
It's not that noticeable, but you can see it when he shoots a jump shot (start just before the 2 minute mark to see the jump shots). Am I crazy to think they should be working on him to square up those knees a little to reduce the stress they'll face, or the stress his feet may have to deal with to compensate?

Below the knee thing is more pronounced because he's cutting and turning into the shot, but it's still there a bit.

I'm so excited about this guy I want to make sure he's in it for the long haul. I hope they get this guy doing a lot of physical therapy and yoga to prevent injuries. Seems like that's what good teams like Phoenix do--they don't just that injuries after they happen, they try to prevent them by working on core strength and physical mechanics from day one. This seems so crucial with bigs.

Nah, they will want to tank again this year, so I don't think they care who they have playing point. Mbah a Moute could be their point guard.

Philly can't tank another year can they? 3 straight years of tanking and frankly not much to show for it at this point. At some point you have what you have and you just have to try to win. The longer they tank the lower the odds they can get anyone half way decent to sign there in free agency.

You make a lot of good points. Have you read the ESPN article on how Steph Curry overcame his ankle issues? I know Towns said he is doing yoga and working on his core as one way to work on his body to stay healthy. That's not quite specific enough info but it's something.

I have heard Flip say how he asked Okafor why he choose Duke and he said because Jones did. He says how that tells you how great of a leader Jones is, but to me it just says more about Okafor and him not being a leader. I think the Lakers made the right call.
