I know you're joking, bleed, but Jahlil has always seemed a little dependent on Tyus. I thought the decision to go to the same school was more Jahlil's idea than Tyus's.

So, combine that with the weird glut of lottery pick centers Philly has, and maybe there is some potential there. Tyus and AB for Embiid?

No deal. I don't want Embiid taking up cap space and roster space and I like Tyus. I'm no AB fan at all, but his career prospects might be better than Embiid's now.

No clue if embiid ever heals enough to play and not get injured. I hope he does because I want to see how good he is. But I have a sneaking suspicion he will be going the way of Walton and Ming. Tons of talent, but the feet can't bear the weight of it.

If that's all the Sixers could get they should just duct tape his foot and have him play on it and hope for the best. Lol I hope the kid gets healthy it would be a shame if he doesn't.

Actually, the 76ers just realized they need ANY point guard. Do they even have wings on that team?

I didn't pay much attention to Embiid last year, but watching his scouting video makes me see comparisons with Towns. Let's hope that doesn't extend to foot injuries! Poor Embiid is starting to look like a bust without really ever playing in the NBA.

I see this happening with any true center body going forward. Unless the kid has a big bone frame, guys like embiid, oden, bynum etc etc will get hurt. Knees and feet. The NBA "gurus" want these 18-20 year old kid to instantly gain weight, muscle and speed. Then when there bodies can't handle the stress and 10-15% increase in a short time...they have breaks.

And then guess what? They sit all year, hitting the weights and adding more weight to that same frame, not being able to do cardio and that weight is even more to get used too. It's a flawed concept, and centers get the worst of it. I hear embiid gained 50 pounds in 7 months, add that to a broken bone? Oden here in Portland added 60 pounds and a ton of booze. Bynum got enormous in his first three years...boom blow out.

I truly hope the wolves allow Town to stay lean like a KG, but add strength through flexibility. Mass doesn't mean better. Look at Marc Gasol...dude has shed weight and gets better every year!
