Blatt did what is best for him by taking the cavs head coaching job rather than an assistant coaching gig from the warriors. He is not a young guy anymore and the cavs have an interesting roster that is young enough for him to put his stomp and style of play.

Its a good situation for him as cavs are a rebuilding team on the upswing.
