The NBA is a lot harder when you are the top offensive option versus even the third best. It's the difference between getting the other team's shut down perimeter defender versus a decent to bad defender. The same goes for Thompson and Kawaii. On the Wolves they would struggle compared to the cushy gigs they have now. They're not bad players, but they are still supporting pieces at this point in their careers. 10 million is a lot to pay a guy on a rebuilding team when you have no idea if he is going to sink or swim with the added responsibility.
Ah I see you are saying paying any of those guys that much for a rebuilding Wolves team then yeah I would agree although Leonard for only 10 million I would probably do it. I REALLY like him a lot his defense is very good. I can see the angle that I am overvaluing him though. I have no problem with that. Other teams getting Parsons or Leonard for that money probably looks pretty good those guys aren't easy to find if you have 2 players better that's gonna be good times.
