Budinger will be coming off TWO knee procedures. He hasn't really played in more than a year. Before that, he was an average 3 point shooter, albeit a legit bench option.

Turiaf is a caretaker. I think his value is nominal. He might not cost a team many games. But, it's not like he's doing anything off the bench to win games either. That's never been his game. Heck, his impact might be closer to Robbie Hummel's than anybody else's...
