Brandon Paul came in and was ineffective. Chris Johnson is playing well in this game. Hannah is quality. He's great for a back-up/third PG. He actually knows how to attack in the pick-n-roll.
Otherwise fouls are stunting the flow of the game and rotations are odd. Minnesota is playing somewhat poor and are only down a handful at half.

Tonight's game is the complete opposite of last night's game for Shabazz. Just really, really bad tonight.

Butch just elbowed Jeffers in the face and drew blood... so there's that...

Shabazz line right now 0-3 from 3, 0-6 total, 1-4 FT 0 Rebs 0 Assists 0 Steals 0 Blocks 1 Personal Foul and 1 point. Talk about filling it up. I would say that is a bit concerning.

I agree. From what I've seen he's had limited minutes and a low usage rate, but he's not done much off the ball to warrant any lip service.

Bazz finally hits a shot on a swing three in a catch and shoot position. Dieng has been okay and is showing out now that he's on the court again.
McCamey shooting about negative 38% in this game is the difference between winning and losing.

Tough game against the D-League. Shabazz was awful again after showing signs of life yesterday. As Crazysauce points out above, his off the ball stats were just terrible - 0 rebounds, 0 steals, 0 assists, and 0 blocks. This is an on going theme with him, although tonight was as bad as ever.
Chris Johnson has impressed me with his passing. He's averaging something like 5 assists per 36 minutes in his 5 games so far. I just never knew he had that in him. He's also doing solid work on the boards and has been efficient offensively. He still gets pushed around too much by stronger players, but I like what he's shown so far.

Thanks for the game comments, guys. Based on your comments and the box score, no way I'm going to watch a replay.
The only stats that look good at all are CJ and Dieng. I wonder why Dieng only got so little burn. 5 points and 4 rebounds in less than 6 minutes is good production.

Gym rat -- thanks for the report. I missed the game tonight. Interesting info on the Flip-Adelman relationship and the Pek situation. I sure hope we don't end up paying a penny more than $48 million over 4 years.
