But..but..I was told by our experts on this board that Wiggins doesn't have what other highly drafted rookies have demonstrated after 25 games, so how can he be improving?

I think you seem to have completely skewed what EVERYBODY said in those threads.
Why does only the pro-Wiggins side (who seem to be more emotional and absolutely certain about their claims) do this repeatedly?

I'm not certain about anything, and I'm sorry i didn't go back and read ALL the comments from EVERYBODY! Abe, I'm as frustraed as you watching this team lose, but I still want to be a fan, let me hang on to something here!

That is generally true, but not a given. Scoring/rebounding/assists/blocks don't always follow proportionately to minutes played. But - along those lines....do coaches generally give more minutes to guys playing well or guys playing poorly? :-)
