Lol you are right. Bennett's biggest problem was that he was a fatass, BUT that was not his only flaw. He too lacks a high BBIQ and don't get me started on his motor. Watching him play defense was just awful. How you separated Williams and Bennett is not fair at all, though. The homer in you shined through beautifully.

Secondly, he didn't have to go...it was just a suggestion by Flip. And it's such a grueling program, AB could have just told Flip he was staying with his own conditioning program. His agreement to go tells me that he is really focused on putting last year behind him, and having a terrific second year.
If your boss "suggests" that you do an assignment of some sort, are you going to do the damn assignment or just look at him and tell him "no thanks"? Let's not give Bennett a golden star for doing something Flip basically told him to do. They both know Bennett has an option in his contract. Earn your stripes, fatboy [Bennett]. If that means busting your ass in a hand-picked workout program from Flip, then that's a start.
I hope Bennett finishes the program and is much better for it, but there's no reason to give an extra pat on the back for doing something he didn't have to. Flip said do this, Bennett said okie dokie boss. That's how it went down.
