Pek can be moved, the only question is will we be able to get enough value in return to make the trade worth our while.
Re: PEK is not tradeable
I'd look for something with Waiters, Jack, and AV for Pek and Bud. It allows Cleveland to save their capspace for another FA signing, fills the C spot for them and gives them a bench shooter. It gives us a SG that can create his own shot, a tough defensive guard in Jack and a guy that can fill the backup C and PF spots. AV is on the last year of his contract, and Jack has two years left. If they like Jack, maybe we could get Deng as well with Brewer or Martin going back.

Griffin said he immediately is shifting the Cavaliers from "asset accumulation mode" into "target acquisition mode" as the team is expected to have $26 million in salary-cap space this off-season. Specifically, Griffin said the Cavaliers need to be bigger, have players with a higher basketball IQ, better shooters, and tougher players. Kyrie Irving tells management he's leaving as soon as his contract is up, they panic and trade him. Knowing they can't get much back in value for someone who isn't locked up long term they frantically look for something they can sell the fans on and keep from leaving. They see Pek's great numbers, sure he misses games but it isn't too hard to sell the fanbase on offensive numbers. Kyrie and Rubio turn out to work magnificently together and with Love they lead the Wolves to the title. Love and Kyrie resign longterm and we form the next NBA dynasty.
it's that easy

I'll be happy if we can get waiters and varejao for pek. Im not a fan of jack and his contract. There are free agent pg's that i prefer over jack and i think we could get for less and about the same years. Il swap alonzo gee for jack. Pek+bud for waiters, varejao and gee. Gee's contract is a team option so we can cut him to save money or use in a trade to a team hoping to shed salary.
