Very true. I'm confident that all three of our max players will have better games tonight, and we will take care of Utah handily.

This club has two very important things that were lacking last year...depth, and Gobert. Both were on display against OkC. Dan Barreiro doesn't often gush about local teams...he's more comfortable being cynical. But it was interesting to hear him talk about Gobert's impact during his show yesterday. He talked about a "mature veteran presence" that was lacking last year. I took this as a shot at PatBev. I enjoyed his entertaining toughness last year, but his antics wore on me as the season progressed, and I have to admit I was not unhappy to see him leave. Gobert provides a real defensive presence, and it's also nice to have an adult in the room.

I'm not ready to join your prediction that the Wolves will win handily tonight. The Jazz are coming off a double-digit win over a very talented Denver team. But I will you you in your praise for Gobert. Maturity is a great word to describe the presence he brings to the team. It will be interesting to see how his presence impacts KAT. Perhaps Gobert's presence will rub off on KAT, who needs a little more maturity to tap not the last remaining measure of his untapped talent.

Kat is in his 8th year. Sad we are still talking about maturity and needing a veteran presence to rub off on him. It's the reality though unfortunately. It's the biggest key to the season in my opinion. Constant theme every game! They showed Rudy and Kat on the bench at the beginning of a timeout in the 2nd half, as it was going off the rails. Sitting right next to each other. Rudy looked so f'ing annoyed, he was intently listening to the coaches. Kat had this blank, dumbfound stare on his face.
