I see some truth in this. With Okafor's length and athleticism, I believe KG could really help him become a plus defender. Towns is still my guy though.

That being said if Flip and scouts feel they can make Okafor a good defender, you pick him.

I guess. I'm fine with having Garnett on the team. I believe having that proven vet voice amongst the kids is a positive. Some do take the mentor thing a bit far however.

Having KG as a mentor takes the pressure of Flip as a coach, he can just blame the mentor now and not have any accountability!
