That’s a great move by the Celtics. They should fix their relationship with Brown and keep him. By the way, that’s an average of $15.8M per year. The market for high caliber bigs remains fixed in that $10-17M range, which means that caliber big is within the Wolves reach via a Josh-based trade but not free agency.

Yep lol. Thinking about what the Wolves could be doing or could have done if they had 2 more 1sts to dangle. Could they have snagged Ball for 2 picks + swaps instead of throwing in Naz? IDK since CHA badly wanted Naz, but sucks they didn't have that option.

lol. I just hate watching how easy it always is for the Lakers to land on their feet just because they’re the Lakers.

Going to be hard for the Wolves to crack the top 4 at this point. Now have another West contender who has size. Makes me feel worst about the "small ball" Wolves idea. I get that height wise the Wolves aren't small, but I don't just go by height. They need to add some physicality at PF.

It's so frustrating that when the Wolves get to a point they have a super talented and good roster, people start talking about maybe people will want to come here to play on the cheap and then we see shit like this with the Lakers and other big market teams who still get priority or land top UFAs.
