Sounds like Vogal to the Magic is a done deal. I'll say this for Skiles if he decided to leave or whatever it's cool he left so the team can get another good coach and honestly Vogal is arguably an upgrade.

I agree that retaining Kander should be our top priority!

Zgoda contemplates Kander will leave as he's under a one year contract and he came because of Flip.. I hope he's wrong and Thibs convinces him to stay.

Its just conjecture based on he has been an assistant coach in college for his daughter's team. She just graduated. Stockton played many years with Scott Layden who had been assistant coach and Stockton probably has a great offensive mindset and we could use that here. Connect the dots and it makes it fun to speculate. Hope they at least contact him to gauge his interest. I think Nash is off the market, so yeah Stockton.

Per Twitter, The Magic have reportedly reached a deal in principle to bring on Frank Vogel as their next head coach.

I expect Thibs to reach out to Adrian Griffin soon.

Good, glad to hear Vogel is staying out east. Now we need some of these big name free agents to either come to us or stay/go with an Eastern Conference team!

Has there been any chatter about assistants yet? Besides pure speculation?

Well Fizdale got the Memphis job. Good for him he has been on the HC prospect lists for years.

Now it's down to Houston. If Cool would just break down and interview then they could finally make their decision and the assistant coaching Game can really heat up.

D'Antoni is the man in Houston. Let the assistants games begin!!!!

Also I'm gonna make a wild guess Dwight won't be back with Houston. Lol
