There was a KFAN about how they would rank Waynes, Diggs, Hunter, Kendricks, and Barr. I didn't catch it but I heard them debating Diggs and Waynes as most important. I would think Barr is the odd man out. I actually think this system is not the best for his skills. Could debate that for Hunter too. Both might be better as OLB in 3-4.

Wayne's is the least valuable of those 4 IMO. Barr was back to his pro bowl self and he's the best option on the team to hang with these new RB as pass catching options. It's gonna be really tough. We need them all to be elite. Kirk better be worth it or we just threw away our contending status after this season for a 7-9 QB.

When you consider Waynes is in theory a young starting level CB (or that's the idea) that pretty valuable. I do t think he has proven anywhere near the player the other guys are but we are also another year away from when he needs to be locked up if that's a priority given his play. Some WRs got paid this year and Diggs has been pretty productive.

Corner just seems to be a pretty deep spot across the league. Some guys get paid well, but a lot of decent options move every year getting paid less than they should. With Rhodes locked up I'm fine with riding the bargain bin for the second spot. Waynes is solid, I'm just not a fan of the mental lapses he has on deep routes. He got beat a decent chunk this year and a lot just weren't capitalized on. I'm worried that luck flips next season. I just think his skill set is the most easily replaced of those guys and I think his ceiling is the lowest as well. He can become more valuable if he improves, but right now I would consider him one of the more replaceable pieces on a great defense.

We probably are pretty much on the same page in how we value him at this point. If he doesn't take a step forward this year then yeah he is a guy you can find but he might also be a guy you could include in a trade too. We have to see if he takes that next step. I feel like he has a decent chance of doing that. The coaching staff seems to feel pretty good about him. There certainly is reason for skeptism. We will see.

The theory on the radio was that Waynes was one of the top 3 targeted CB last year because of Rhodes. He held up pretty well under the pressure. I think hopefully we can come out the draft with sold options at LB, CB, and OT in first three rounds. It will be tough to do based on the play with mock draft simulators.

Trade Treadwell and 2nd for Odell Beckham. Supe up them wideouts for a SB run.

Sounds good, but he is going to want an extension before he plays a game and it pretty much means we will not be able to resign our young core. Free Agency is wrapping up and draft is less than a month away. It will be interesting how we navigate that. We need to crush it.

For sure a signed deal would be involved in the trade. You're right though with Kirk getting the big money and young guys coming up, either go all in now or wait and see.

I am not sure OBJ would be a good fit. He is a talent, but I can see him not being a great teamate.

OBJ probably wants some ridiculous money per year based on seeing what a guy like Sammy's a Watkins just got. This team doesn't need another #1 WR and have to pay him like a franchise altering guy that's had various issues.

I'd rather have Diggs and Thielen for what will likely be slightly more than what Beckham wants for himself. And Treadwell is Diggs insurance in case that just doesn't end up working out. I hope we keep him, but if he has a monster year it's hard to give him a big deal and lose multiple core defensive players. Especially when you have Treadwell right behind him.
