Philadelphia selects David Roddy at 23 for Memphis. This guy is built like a football player. I thought he would be an intriguing late second-round pick, or maybe even undrafted despite some impressive numbers in college. To see him go in the first round is a big surprise for me.

I didn't spend any time on him but I know he was pretty damn huge. Just over 7' without shoes and a plenty big 7'4" wingspan. He has some girth too which I think is good for the Wolves. Williams and Koloko are thinner.

I wonder if the guy we get at 29 is a guy we may have wanted with a earlier pick. It would be great to get TyTy at 29. I'll say here since it's more in that range of when he could be selected that I like really Keels. Oh and My guy Wendell Moore jr :)

Like a lot of guys in this draft if the 3 point shooting is real he is an interesting player. Dude is a sting guy and can hold up against some big players. He had been rising lately to be a possibly upper half of the 2nd round. I'm not saying I would have picked him here because ai wouldn't have but he is an interesting pretty unique guy. Memphis has been hitting on picks lately.

I don't mind the Kessler pick. Everyone knew we needed a big with size to protect the rim and rebound better than what's on our roster outside of Towns (we don't have an intimidator at the rim to change shots currently). Additionally, given we were sniffing at Capela and Gobert, we knew they wanted a true more traditional center of sorts (even if they are more mobile) to get playing time with and backing up Towns. The nice thing about this move is that it helps us keep our roster salary balanced. Tilting the salary cap toward multiple bigs is probably not a great recipe for success these days, and this move helps us alleviate that so Russell can be dealt (perhaps with Naz?) to get another guard perhaps, or a wing that can open space for another guard pickup.
