I would prefer not to trade down from #1. If we did, I would accept nothing other than an unprotected 1st or PJ Washington from Charlotte. I want nothing to do with the Miles Bridges trade floated around. I also see nothing tangible with Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, or NY.

Atlanta might be a dark horse, though I am not too fond of the assets they would give up.

I'm with you, I bet he was wishing for GSW.

Of course, the smart front office takes Wiseman and the typically dumb Wolves front office takes Edwards - the guy who wakes up at 10 a.m. and who doesn't watch or love game he plays. It's so deflating.

I can't effing believe they let Wiseman drop into the Warriors' lap like that. It was so effing obvious they wanted him after all their B.S. about these great workouts. And then the Klay "injury"....I bet that's a ruse too.

No. I think he's a guy who isn't passionate about playing basketball and it shows in the way he reacted to bing the first pick in the NBA draft.

I think this is ultimately it. The Wolves wouldnt have it any other way.

Nobody at #1 woulda changed that.

Drafting Wiseman or trading down would have been much better. I ranked Edwards 9th overall and that was before his terrible interview. Pretty much worst case scenario in my opinion.
