I'd be careful about calling Ricky's athleticism a weakness. He's no Westbrook or Wall, But he's a pretty good athlete.

Ricky is a fine athlete. He is only overmatched with very quick point guards but most players are. I dont consider on ball defense a weakness either. He has the ability to get stops even though he wont shut a point guard down for a whole game. Again, no point guard shuts down their opponent. The amount of talent at the position league wide makes sure of that.
