We won 29 games last year. Neither Ricky nor Dunn can spend much time at all at the 2 guard position. Fuck the 37%, watch the games and how he shoots.
Let him play an NBA game. Jesus the no it has no chance of working at all from you is annoying. He's not another Ricky Rubio. The guy can shoot just fine.

Don't know how you can be sure about that. He's a terrible free throw shooter and shot 35% from college distance against far less athletic defenders. I'd say it's very much in doubt as to whether he can shoot or not.

There's no rule that says you have to be an elite shooter in college to even have a chance at being a good shooter in the NBA. His jump shot isn't broken. He's not Marcus Smart or Elfrid Payton bad at shooting in college. He was solid for the last 2 years in college with little variance. You just come off as someone trying to create a problem with him because he wasn't your top choice for who we should have drafted. If he was putting up numbers like Smart and Payton I'd be on your side, but he was solid in college so I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt until he has some NBA tape.

I still would say Dunn's shooting is still a concern but after watching a couple games I do think it's better than I thought. It think you still have to give him credit for hitting a solid percentage the last 2 years from 3 in college and I have said that for months and I am not even a Dunn guy. I think he can play the SG position especially if he is playing with a passing PG because he moves without the ball. Off the bench playing SG he will have nights where he has a size advantage over the combo guard he will be matched up against.

Not picking on you specifically Monster, but the only people who seem to believe this are Wolves fans. Every pundit I've heard talk about this negates that idea.

My guess is that part of none of those pundits considering him at SG is because they think he is such a good PG. I've said for months I wasn't convinced about him being such a no-brainer PG. I've also read comments on articles and YouTube videos from fans that think he could be the next D-wade!!!! :)
Look the bottom line for Dunn is if he can really be the defender most think he can be. If he comes in able to defend guards right away the guy is going to be able to play and if that means him playing at SG that's fine. Is it optimal because of his concerns shooting the ball? No but to say a top 5 pick with his size and athletic ability just can't play as a combo guard seems odd when teams play combo guards all the time off the bench at SG.

Actually K-Mart was.
.392 and .393....and Martin isnt a Wolf anymore. Regardless, we know Bazz is capable of shooting better from the 3 if he knows his role.
