Great. Let's up the whole PF free agency market on hold! :(
He's so damn old, but there is no question he could be a "connective tissue" type player given his passing and b-ball IQ.

I mean, he'd have to be a part-time player that you basically preserve for the playoffs and even then you can't lean on him too much. Anyone that decides to run, screen, cut, and move without the basketball would get countless easy baskets between LeBron and Ball.

I don’t like LeBron. I don’t like his ring hunting and the power he exerts as part of that. I don’t like the way he exited Cleveland the first time with “The Decision” although I give him credit for returning there and leading them to a championship. I don’t particularly like his game - the way he bulldozes his way to the hoop with a cadre of whistle-friendly officials, although I acknowledge he’s an incredible all-around player - 2nd best to MJ in NBA history.

With all that said, if he signs with the Timberwolves, I’ll be his biggest fan and defender. :)

Windy said if you want LeBron's attention, make a move to improve your team.

Yep. Tim Connelly has already checked the most important box for LeBron. Does LeBron really want to play with a bunch of fellow geriatrics in Golden State? Does he want to go back to Miami? Not a chance of LeBron and Pat Riley reuniting given the ill-will between the two. Besides, LeBron and Giannis play the same position.

It really sucks that Connelly couldn't snag Grant Williams instead of Josh Green in the Ball/Naz trade.

It's honestly surprising, given the position overlap, but I guess Charlotte was eyeing a move off Bridges already.

I rooted for him and the Cavs originally, then his Decision BS had me root against him a if he was the Yankees/Packers, then when he went back to the Cavs I rooted for them again and after that have been middle ground with him besides the standard of always rooting against the Lakers. Will say I have always hated the "superstar calls" him and others have benefited from for a couple decades though.

I'm not sure what I'm hoping for, but if he chose Ant and the Wolves then fuck yeah, lets get it. I will say though, the idea of Lebron leaving the LAKERS to come to MINNEAPOLIS and winning a title would be quite the story line. lol

I kind of went through the trade possibilities if you add in Donte, and there just ain't a lot out there that might be available.

I am starting to think Enrique Freeman might have a role on this team in the upcoming season!

Ha! One minute it's Bobby Portis, the next minute reality sets in....Ahhhh, the life of a Timberwolves fan!

You may recall that Finch gave all our main guys a rest day on the last game of the season. Freeman played 26 minutes and put up 13/7/2 and was a +25 in a 6 point win. He was 2-4 from 3. I wonder if this game left an impression on the coaching staff and front office (?).

Here are the highlights AND lowlights...it's one of those rare videos where you can see the good, the bad, and the ugly all from one game. He's a high-motor big, which will be apparent when watching this.

Nice find, Q! I thought there was more good than bad. His activity stood out and he is a threat from deep. He has a chance to provide some depth on the BIG team, even if he stays on a 2-way. And you never know what might happen once he gets some legit opportunities.

I really like Freeman in the 2nd round coming out of that draft. It would be a nice feather in TC's cap if he can develop into a positive contribution for the Wolves.
