Well Wiggins was the rookie of the year. Let's see how Edwards plays before say he is better than that.
Wiggins was ROY, but both Parker and Embiid didn't play that year, and the rest of the draft class was weak. Wiggins can score and could do it in a high volume early on. But he never really improved much as a player. I'm just saying I think Edwards has qualities Wiggins didn't that indicate that he could definitely be better. We won't know for a few years, but prematurely declaring Edwards the equivalent of Wiggins, a guy who will never actually realize his talent, is unfair in my view.
