Quick, pull the trigger on a Kevin Love trade while ur at it Rosas!

In all seriousness, if they had snagged Wiseman at #1 and then did the reported #17 + salary for Rubio + 25 & 28, how would people have felt?

I'm at a loss. So the Wolves now have Russell, Culver Okogie, Edwards, Rubio, and Nowell under contract. They've stated their intend to re-sign Beasley. What do all these guys have in common? They're all guards.

Oh, and we exchange pick 17 for two significantly lower picks, which further reduces the Wolves chances of drafting Tyrell Terry, Saddiq Bey and Jalen Smith among others.

Is the Rubio thing a done deal or still just out there on the rumor mill?

There is absolutely zero need for Ricky Rubio on this team.

Wow the knicks. Toppin is a perfect overrated 4 to continue their history.

They also have Jordan McLaughlin... well, actually, some smart front office will probably steal him away now for cheap.

I'd feel much better if they had taken Wiseman at #1.

A little better but not much. Ricky/Russell/Beasley would have been fine but that's completely ignoring Culver and Okogie who just can't play next to Ricky. He just doesn't fit here as currently constructed.
