Ant was off on offense but damn Kat step up big. Jaden and Naz came up big!

You gotta have the "others" step up. It's never just about the stars. Naz and McDaniels were huge.

I got to a point where when the Wolves cut it to single digits I was ready to be happy no matter the outcome.

Then they took the lead and never let go. This is not what we're used to.


We're in the Western Conference Finals and it feels like we answered the hardest question of the test.

The Nuggets were gassed, this series took a toll on them given their thin bench. What a comeback, what a game! This is rare air for Minnesota sports teams!

I think I'll go back and watch this second half again to get a better sense of what happened, but my overall impression was the defense. There were some individual huge plays, Naz and KAT, the Ant 3, the Mike 3, Jaden with the 3s. Ant picking Murray's pocket and taking it the other way. But overall, just excellent D. Jaden, Naz, Rudy, Ant, all made great plays on D in the second half. KAT was great through the whole game.

20 years ago today, we won game 7 against the Kings. What perfect poetry that we do it again 20 years to the day. The two biggest games in Wolves history. But hopefully not for long!
