I’ll be very curious next round to see Fox vs Jaden. Fox is one of the few guys that has had Jaden number during his career.
We should get the Wolves/Spurs thread started, although I'm worried about how the poll will go. Kek, I almost wonder if they might put Jaden on Castle and Ayo (if healthy) on Fox. Mike may have to guard Vassell, and I don't like that matchup.

Our "awful coaching" guy was really cooking on this game. It is kinda stunning how undisciplined Denver is on defense. It's hard to see how Alfred E is back next year...

I definitely think Finchy outcoached Alfred E in the series, but Adelman must have done a good job coaching a team to 54 wins despite so many injuries...only 50 the season before. But yeah, if he wasn't getting in Braun's grill telling him to put some ball pressure on TJ, shame on him.
I was saying this to my buddy during the game. How was TSJ not getting pressed up the court. Like honestly crazy to me.
Tsj stepped up big time when they needed him.
There was one particular time that TJ dribbled alone for 15 seconds with Braun 5 feet off of him and no help behind him. I guess he was thinking that the cushion might allow him to keep TJ in front of him, but he blew right by him. And of course there was no resistance at the rim. Adelman's fault, or just bad defense by his players?
Ok looking back Denver did have a number of injuries and last year they player well in the playoffs especially against OKC right? Maybe they missed the flawed but useful Westbrook in the playoffs?
Still adding Bruce Brown, Jonas and Hardaway (who you were skeptical about when the season started) should have been an overall upgrade. Missing Gordon is a pretty big deal but still last night's loss confirmed what I saw most of the series. Denver wasn't playing winning basketball. Jokic and Murray aren't awesome defenders but especially in the playoffs I've seen them put up more resistance especially in the team context. I have zero issues with Jokic at times making a business decision to stay out of the way a possession here and there but at times it was like a ghost town in the lane. It's not like overall the Wolves shot lights out from 3 in the series.

I don't know if I've ever enjoyed reading my X timeline more than this morning. Jaden is getting a ton of flowers from all media. Pippen comparisons, mentions of a legendary performance, and talk of him being a legit #2 on a championship level roster. One thing I haven't seen mentioned was the full court bounce pass he threaded to Julius for a score. That was an incredible sequence. It's really hard to be as good as he was on both ends of the court last night.

There's no overstating it, a sensational game and yeah that pass was perfect!
Rudy needs his flowers too, those passes to corner shooters in the 4th were crucial
