This 17 pick is going to have talent and were wasting it on Rubio. Sweet.

Remember Kekgeek's charts....the odds of #17 being better than Rubio is extremely low. Now you can argue whether Rubio was a good use of assets, fit, etc., but there is a 90% change he's a better player than the guy drafted at #17.
