I vote for Lance Stephenson and would be fine bringing Greg Monroe back.

I actually love Lance Stephenson, even if he can be a total dummy.

He would bring in some of the edge that was lost that's for sure. I've always liked him too.

Is McClung under contract with the warriors? If not, the Wolves should sign him. I'm sitting here at Thomas-Mack watching the Warriors/Spurs game. McClung is a a heck of a player.

No he went to the Warriors because he was behinds Scottie pippin Jr and Rollins got hurt for GS and the 5'9" who is on the Wolves roster I think came here because the Warriors got McClung. I'm looking forward to hearing more of your thoughts on him.

Edited to change to Rollins. I always get flustered seeing Ryan Rollins name and thinking about Ryan Hollins. Lol

Golden State added Mac McClung to their Summer League roster after Ryan Rollins got injured. From what I've gathered, he has not been signed by the Warriors to an NBA or two-way deal.

Mac McClung was a real difference maker out there this afternoon. He'd be worth a look by the Wolves, along with Kevin Harris.

I'm afraid the Wolves made the right choice on McKinley Wright. Not an impressive summer league.

McClung was a guy I noticed was available after Wright was let go that made me be like ok I get why they may have let Wright go. I will say Wright's first game with the Suns he put up 8-7-9 with 2 steals and a block in 27 mins so that's certainly not too shabby.

After watching Kevon Harris again in game 2, I'm convinced the Wolves should offer him the team's other 2-way contract. His ability to get to the rim and finish in traffic would be a huge asset. And he's been an absolutely stellar defender - by far the best defender on the Wolves Summer League squad and perhaps the best I've seen in all the games I've seen here.

Meanwhile, I'd offer McClung one of the three remaining regular roster spots on the Wolves. I'm just surprised no team has signed him yet. He's way too good for the Wolves to go unsigned for the season. I'd McClung and Minott to two of the Wolves remaining three roster spots after . Then I'd sign Greg Monroe or Taj Gibson to the last roster spot. We could always release or buy-out Greg or Taj later in the season if someone better became available.

Taj is signing with the Wizards.

I'm not as convinced on Harris as you are.

I do agree that McClung might be earning an actual NBA contract instead of a 2-way. I wonder if that's partly why he hadn't signed a 2-way deal yet because he thinks he deserves more.
