LST, I'm with you on Hoiberg giving the wolves job serious consideration, but rich people don't really care about those lists, they can find gated mansions with a good private school anywhere

I was just about to say the same. Those stats are for the average joe six pack. Someone making 3 million a year doesn't live with the common folk

Damn it, alex.
There are going to be a lot of disappointed people in Shoreview now that you shot down their dream of sharing potluck dinners with their new neighbors, the Hoibergs.

LOL...gated communities in Oklahoma and Louisiana aren't quite the same. Mama's going to have a hard time shopping for her Manolo Blahnik shoes down there!
And sorry, Shoreview...you may be on the top 50 suburb list, but you never were in the running for the Hoibergs. It's back to Eden Prairie, or maybe a step up to Edina, for them... this time in a house with a price tag a couple mill higher. http://realestatetwincities.net.idxco.com/idx/2517/details.php?listingID=4565077&idxID=063

LST, I didn't see a helicopter pad in those pictures. How is Fred going to get to target canter?

Really? Damn it. I really did think Shoreview and its modest 2,200 square foot homes built in the 1960s had a chance.

Here's what I'm going to do. I'll let the house go for $8 million to any member of this board that I generally agree with...and I'll even throw in a helipad!
