Bulls out: No. 3 Pick, Zach Lavine, Wendell Carter

It would be the #4 pick, not the #3. Otherwise, I think that's a reasonable, realistic deal. If I were Rosas, I'd be interested.

You are right. I think I've been fixated on a trade with Charlotte :)

Ricky also can't be immediately traded again. He would have to be a mid-season trade depending on when they set the deadline.

Rubio can be traded today. The CBA only prevents the Thunder from aggregating Rubio's salary with another player's salary in a trade for two months after acquiring him. I'd say it's unlikely he's dealt again, though.

I've wondered what they would actually give up myself. They don't exactly have exciting pieces they would want to give up.

Yeah, I'd love to take Wiseman just for the sake of not letting him drop in Golden State's smug, spoiled lap!

The Bulls are at #4.

And instead of giving up #4 and Wendell Carter for #2...

... They're going to add Zach Lavine for Jacob Evans, Ty Jerome and James Johnson?

Ummm...

Well, Wendell Carter isn't enough and Bulls are rumored to want to move on from Zach Lavine. Tell me what you think would be a fair deal with Chicago that passes salary cap muster?

Maybe Chicago would want more for Zach Lavine than an expiring and a couple of middling or poor prospects?

When these things are done, it's important to look beyond "how does this help my favorite team..."

Selfishly, I'm hoping they get stuck with LaMelo Ball and live with the consequences.

You just know they will figure out a way to trade out of that pick and get some awesome role player + additional assets. No way are they staying pat if we pick Wiseman. Still...would love to see them scramble a bit.

Will Woj be tweeting out everyone's picks two minutes in advance of the commissioner's announcement? That was hilarious.

Cbs sports expert still has him #1 in mock as of an hour ago. Not bad for a guy who can't shoot or play defense.

I think its pretty fair for Chicago since Carter and Lavine are rumored to be on the trading block and I don't think are viewed as long term fits there, but most importantly, Chicago would get pick 1. If you think a pick or another player should go to Chicago, then by all means suggest how you'd alter the proposed trade or give me your trade scenario rather than a blanket criticism.
