Don't love the overall metric, but it certainly is useful when looking at efficiency on the offensive end. While Wiggins is at 16 (barely league average), virtually all other players above him are at 24+ (I believe there was 1 guy at 20). The elite scorers at or over 30. While I love Wiggins potential, he certainly has some large holes to fill. And like Q or someone said, I have MASSIVE expectations of Wiggins. The greats typically demonstrate right away some skill that will make them elite. I thought that skill for Wiggins was FT attempts. But he has regressed a bit here. His middling shooting numbers require he be elite going to the line.
How many of those players above him are on terrible basketball teams?
Well, of the now 10 guys ahead of Wiggins in scoring, 5 are at or below .500. Some substantially below.

I'm sure he started the game we lost vs the hornets without Wiggins..
We are actually 1-0 without martin this season.

Hmm...I think we may be confusing opinion with facts, and both are welcome here. I don't want to speak for Q (correct me if I'm getting this wrong) but I imagine he would line up like this:
Opinion: Wiggins is a terrific young talent and certainly a better all around basketball player than Martin.
Fact: Their TS% is almost identical.
Does anyone really have a problem with either of these statements?

Don't confuse the point with facts! This is why we just can't get along around here!

Yes, they both take to long to read where 'Suck it' does not.

Margin 6 pts or less in final 5 mins: Wiggins has taken. 32 FG. No other Wolf more than 10. He's the guy in crunch time. PER: 25.82

Great stat...I have to admit I was concerned that Wig might not be a closer when he first joined the NBA, but now it looks like he thrives in those situations. And to make things even better, our other young stud (KAT) looks like a closer on defense...he elevates his game at crunch time!
