Ok we know Minott is on the actual roster so now we can focus on that very exciting 2-way spot that is now wide open. I still think Knight sticks on a 2-way deal.
I guess at this point Kevon Harris is a guy reasonably worthy of the spot and if somehow McClung was actually attainable on a 2-way deal then yes get him. I haven't seen anyone else although I feel like I'm forgetting someone that I would like as an option for the 2-way deal. I'm really pretty open to any type of player at this point.
How would you fill the final roster spots?

My thinking's the same, Monster. I think the Wolves will keep Knight on a two-way; that's certainly what they SHOULD do. I'd make a big push to recruit McClung as our other two-way contract player, but I think he'll have better offers - either regular roster offers or a better two-way situation where he's likely to get more playing time and have a better chance of moving up to the regular roster later in the season or next season. But Connelly should definitely make the pitch. Otherwise, I'm all in on signing Harris to our other two-way deal. He's been best performer for the Wolves Summer League team consistently from game to game. You appreciate him more when you see him live, especially when your close to the court as we were. His defense is Pat Beverley like. His energy is super high and totally nonstop on both ends of the court. He is really big for a PG and yet he has a terrific handle. I also noticed that he's essential ambidextrous, finishing skillfully with either hand. I think it would send a good message to young players that playing hard and playing well on a Wolves Summer League team gets rewarded. That's what happened with JMac and Naz Reid. It's part of making the Wolves a first-class organization that attracts talent - in this case young talent.

1. DLO - 26
2. Edwards - 21
3. McDaniels- 22
4. KAT - 26
5. Gobert - 30
6. JMac - 26
7. Nowell - 23
8. Prince - 28
9. Kyle Anderson - 29
10. Naz Reid - 23
11. Bryan Forbes - 28
12. Austin Rivers - 30
13. Wendell Moore - 21
14. Josh Minott - 19
That roster is really talented and deep! It's also a young roster. There isn't a single player on the roster who is past the age when players are generally considered to be in their prime. A few of them -- Gobert, Rivers and Anderson -- might be considered on the tail end of their prime, but they're definitely not in the final waning years of their respective careers. KAT and DLO are just entering their prime while Edwards, McDaniels and Nowell are at the point where talented young players often take off and begin to approach their upside potential.
I'm done talking about the merits of the Gobert trade. This roster is definitely something to get excited about as a Wolves fan! And if Kekgeek's reporting is accurate, Boogie Cousins may be on his way to fill the 15th spot. :)
All aboard....toot toot!
