Cam get off DLO's dick bruh & SP get off Cam's dick! Cool catch a breeze at the beach and cool off some while bumping some CeeLo Green.

I still haven't listened to the Dane Moore podcast with DLO yet, but I'm not sure I need to after reading Cam's thorough summary. :). Seriously, I really appreciate the work Cam put into the summary. It was a great read. I'm a basketball fan and a Wolves fan. And I love reading good posts that provide lots of information, insights or well-informed opinions. The quality of posts on this board as a whole far exceeds the quality of posts in other Wolves forums or the many Wolves-related blogs you'll find in the blogosphere.

Agreed Lip, some great insights here and Cam is definitely a big part of it. The two or three posters that get irritated by his DLO takes should just avoid the DLO-themed threads. It's a very simple strategy that mature adults should be able to implement.

Eh, not sure I need the passive aggressiveness there right now.

Heh, TX to CA - that's novel! Most folks are going in the opposite direction these days! Hope your move went well!

Yeah and I had to make the move twice once to get my family out here and the 2nd time by myself. Military choose this move for me but at least it's good weather again!

What are the ages of all the posters on here? Trying to figure out how ridiculous I should find all this banter.

Hearing directly from him also underscores how intelligent he is. The downside to listening to the podcast is listening to Dane Moore. Don't get me wrong, I like Dane. He seems like a really nice guy and knows a little about basketball. But he talks WAY to much. If you counted words, he talked way more than DLO. He needs to learn how to conduct an interview. My message to Dane is: We don't want to hear what you think; we want to hear from the player or coach you're interviewing. Dane's young so he can learn. But I still appreciate Dane for providing a Wolves talk forum and, again, he seems like a really nice guy.

That's a fair point Lip. Interviewing is a skill to be learned. Not everyone in media is good at it. Dane I think it good at having people on that are more his peers and they have a conversation back and forth. I think there might be a perspective where thats what he is doing here with Russell both guys say some things back and forth. I think it was probably something in between and maybe that's what made you frustrated. Of course it would make sense to hear Russell more and he definitely talked more than Dane. I get what you are saying that you felt Dane talked too much.

I will also add that doing these types of things Dane likely is trying to avoid some sound bite with Russell that gets picked up and spewed over the internets etc. I thought he did a decent job of asking Russell some stuff that wasn't just fluff but doing it in a reasonable round about way. Would I give him an A for this podcast? No but honestly even a C grade ain't bad. Like you said he is likely still learning.

Probably better you don't know.

Although to be fair, I don't think age has much to do with how people act/react online. In fact, sometimes older people seem to struggle more with the weirdness of communicating online than younger people.

I'm fairly confident this thread represents the first mention of the word "dildo" in the history of this forum!

I could be wrong.

Perhaps, but it isn't the first time a dildo has posted to the forum.

Maybe I'm just perpetually immature as I am in my mid thirties, but l still love vicious sports arguments. As long as you can sift through the insults and look at the meat you're going to get to the core of people's beliefs real quick when they're upset!

Here's the latest from Glen Taylor on DLO:

Asked if he'd like to see D'Angelo Russell sign an extension before the season begins, Taylor said it might benefit both sides to hold off and see how the 2022/23 season goes. "(Finch) believes that with the new lineup, and with Russell in that lineup, that he'll have a much better year just because of the way we're going to play," Taylor said. "He says he thinks there's a big upside for Russell with this group of (players). That's to his advantage and to our advantage if it works out." - via Hoops Rumors

I wonder what Connelly and Gupta think of Taylor's publicly advising DLO on maximizing his negotiating leverage. Lol.
