Rubio is trash, but so is our whole team. Turnovers and bricks. Hey, let's play Rubio, okogie, Vanderbilt and Ed Davis... these guys are all worse shooters than guys at the gym. It's fine to have one of these guys in your rotation, if he does everything else well. Russell and Beasley are starting guards on bad teams. I don't think either of these guys will ever be a starter on a playoff team... ever! I'm just going to add one thing that I'm SO SICK of seeing..: I'm sick of seeing guys not even try to get a shot up from half court (or wherever) at the end of quarters, because they don't want to hurt their stats. Then they act like they're trying but they knowingly shot it right after the buzzer. These guys could make these half court shots or try try for a closer shot, but it's all about how their stats will look and not about possibly getting another 3 points for your team. Dlo caught the ball at the end of the half with 2.1 seconds left and he didn't even try to do anything. So selfish. Couldn't they actually call a timeout there and advance the ball? Maybe not, but I'm just so sick of not valuing possessions until the last couple minutes of the game. Jack up off balance shots and throw lazy passes for 45 minutes and then go full serious in the last few minutes of the game. All possessions count the same guys. I'm sure other teams do it too, but our team sucks, so I'm focusing on them.
