Wiggins isn't a good three pt shooter even tho the sample size is small. But if Ricky goes on a 4 for 10 "tear" he's really improving . Just becuz Wiggins is the best defensive player on a bad defensive team doesn't make him good. But becuz Ricky is opportunistic and gets some steals all the while letting every quick guard fly by him at will is okay. He's a good defender on a bad team . If pick and role defense struggles it's always the big guys fault.
Ricky now missing significant playing time for the second time in 4 years well the other guy continues to play.
One guys in his 4th year with severe holes in his game still and mentioning trading him is blasphemy . But the other guy has shown signs of brilliance on both sides of the ball but has a shooting slump and it's time to consider the possibility of trading him. After 20 flipping games.

I think the real point is that we are all traumatized Minnesota sports fans waiting for the worst thing to happen.

I haven't discussed trading him. I'm in it for the long haul with Wiggins. I just haven't changed my opinion on who I'd rather have between him and Parker. Then I pointed out his weaknesses that he's shown so far this season and that he needs to improve his handle, improve his feel for the game (which will come with more experience) and become more of an attacker instead of settling as much as he does. All fair criticisms on my end so I don't really appreciate the content in this thread getting called dumb or stupid. Maybe the title is a little misleading, but all we're doing is discussing our highly touted 19 year old prospect.
