I'm not sure what they saw in Mond based on his college tape. He was a senior and to me definitely didn't have any sort of "it" factor that would make me think he will succeed in the NFL.

That's what I thought. He was a solid college QB who was not all that accurate and too slow making decisions. I never saw potential in him as a NFL starter. I didn't ever see a wow that was impressive.
