Eagles and Seahawks get better with RB-Ajayi and LT-Brown.
How do these deals impact the Vikings?

WR Jarvis Landry is now on the block. Dolphins seem to be tanking.

Seahawks got a legit LT. It didn't come cheap and Wilson renegotiated to give them some cap room to make it happen.
Re: NFL Trade Deadline
Kelvin Benjamin traded to the Bills for a 3rd and a later round pick.

Re: NFL Trade Deadline
Apparently the Browns were so busy celebrating the McCaron trade that they forgot to finalize it before the deadline. They just can't get out of their own way when it comes to landing a QB.
Re: NFL Trade Deadline
Is it just me or was this a pretty busy/exciting NFL trade deadline? Usually next to nothing happens.
I'd be mad if I was the Bengals. 2nd and 3rd in 2018 for McCarron would have been a nice haul.

Seriously I am pulling for the Browns, but it seems like they need to clean house coaching etc. I think they are lucky to not have traded for McCaron. That price seems a bit steep compared to what the 49ers paid for Garop.
It was an active trade deadline for sure. Bills going for Benjamin is a head scratcher to me. I like the trade, but they have been dumping players all year and then pick up Benjamin.

Bills are looking rather decent, and Benjamin should be a good addition there. I never liked the way Benjamin was utilized in Carolina. Not enough red zone targets, and not enough targets in general. The guy is huge, and can really leap. Throw the ball up to him, often! They moved Watkins, sure, but he hasn't done much over in LA thus far.
As far that McCaron trade, the reason the cost was more than Jimmy is because McCaron is expected to be a RFA this offseason vs. an UFA. He would likely be cheaper than Jimmy either way, but Jimmy can bolt to any team, whereas the Browns can match any offer made on AJ.
Re: NFL Trade Deadline
Bills moves in trades
Out:
Sammy Watkins
6th Round pick
CB Ronald Darby
3rd round pick
7th round pick
Joe Banyard (released to make room for Benjamin)
In
Jordon Mathews
3rd round pick
CB EJ Gains
2nd round pick
Kelvin Benjamin
They paid less for Benjamin than they did to give up Watkins and Gains while hurt a couple weeks according to PFF he has been at least average. Not bad and Benjamin is a much more proven player. Without going to deep into everything it seems like a pretty good group of moves for the Bills.
