Wolves vs Nuggs GDT

Post by kekgeek »

There are reports that the Nuggets might be resting their team tonight. As we know that might not be a good thing for the wolves

I was wondering why the line was in the Wolves favor.

So we should see LOTS of Bones Hyland tonight. Hmmm...

Our team really needs floor generals that take care of the ball. Hopefully SloMo and JMac are a go tonight.

I don't know if we'll see Bones, Tim, but if Malone considers him still a member of the team, tonight is when he'll play. I had a conversation with a friend yesterday who is a Nuggets season ticket holder, and he gave me a lot of insight into Hyland. He's still a fan favorite, but has dropped out of Malone's rotation. They said he sat last night because of a non-Covid illness, but my friend thinks they were just covering for him and that he's actually healthy. Bones can get hot from beyond the arc but is also inconsistent, and generally plays no defense. Hmmm...sound like anyone you know?

All those guys out tonight. A Luka injury. A multi-week Steph injury. Q's "Luck Buffer" keeps growing! :-D

The two main lines of thinking when KAT went down were: 1) hope the Wolves can play .500 ball until KAT returns, and 2) this could put the development of Ant and Jaden in the fast lane. So far, mission accomplished. It will be a challenge to keep the .500 ball going for a few more weeks. A win tonight would be helpful!

Sounds like they are resting KCP too, and he's having a terrific season. Line has moved up to 7 1/2! Maybe this is an opportunity for Finchie to let SloMo and Naz rest their aching backs for a few days. Glad I'm out of town and missing this one!

Do you think I might have been referring to the larger issue?
