Deja Vu - Suns at Wolves GDT

Post by 60WinTim »

The Deja Vu part: this is the first game following an embarrassing loss to Detroit. Last time we played and won a good game against Denver. I am expecting a similar result tonight. Although I am not exactly sure how we get there since we don't know who will be playing, yet...

5 games in 7 nights, followed by 2 games against Houston. We sure could use a couple of winning streaks coming up!

Phoenix:
o Deandre Ayton - Questionable
o Devin Booker - Out
o Chris Paul - Out
o Cameron Johnson - Out
o Cameron Payne - Out
o Landry Shamet - Out
o Jae Crowder - Not With Team

Minnesota:
o Anthony Edwards - Questionable
o Kyle Anderson - Questionable
o Taurean Prince - Questionable
o Karl-Anthony Towns - Out
o Jordan McLaughlin - Out
o Josh Minott - G-League Assignment

This is, yet again, a game that the Timberwolves should win, but that hasn't meant much this season. I think we have more talent active tonight. I hope this team is still embarrassed from their last game against Detroit. We can't afford to drop this one.

About to make bets for tonight. If anyone has any locks or suggestion let me know. I always like using the board for bets it's fun to have you guys apart of it.

I took NYN -4, UTH -6, NO&DET over 234 but I have been hot lately so I am due for regression. I usually do not make large bets and am an amateur. (Not gambling or financial advice). If you or a friend, family member you know is addicted to gambling and needs help please seek it out for the respective state you live in. lol

Take the over on points for Russell.

His "You either take advantage of me and my ability, or f*** up the opportunity with me. It's as simple as that." quote seems pointed enough for him to play with juice tonight.

He's definitely in contract negotiations mode now... and I expect that to mean a run of 20+ point games moving forward.

[Note: That does not automatically mean he deserves any more money... or that it's even going to amount to more wins.]

At home after a horrible loss and playing a team hit hard by the injury bug. MN needs to win this one really bad, however I just don't trust them to show up. I'll be cheering for MN but I have fear that former wolves like Saric & Okogie contribute for PHO and give us all we can handle. PLEASE MN win this game!

One thing that has been working for me this year is taking road underdogs who are getting Pickem to 2.5 points. The only reason they are dogs is because they are on the road. I'll even take some road favorites between pickem and 1.5.

We have the same record with and without KAT? That ought to tell you exactly what we need to do this offseason.
