23 Games left Poll

Post by DNatagal »

Thedoper started it and I wanted to see what everyone is thinking to close out this fun year of Wolves basketball. It doesn't look like we are going to find any front court help that is going to move the needle as much as many on the board are looking for. With that being said, here is the remaining schedule.

MEM
PHI
@CLE
GS
@OKC
POR
POR
OKC
@ORL
@MIA
@S A
LAL
MIL
@DAL
PHX
DAL
@BOS
@TOR
@DEN
@HOU
WSH
SA
CHI

How many wins ya got????

Yes. And Denver's schedule looks easier than ours. So I don't see the Wolves finishing higher than 7th.

10-12 wins sounds about right, which would put them at 41-43 wins for the season. Probably good enough to secure the seventh or eighth seed and a home game in the play-in tournament, but a handful of games behind the fifth and sixth seed where they should have been aiming after seeing how the season unfolded. Still a successful year considering what the initial goal was.

I'm going with 13-10 the rest of the way, I see 17-6 as the absolute best case scenario if our players get hot for an extended streak.

And there are multiple back-to-backs in there as well. If the Wolves want to improve their odds of the 6th seed, they need to win both for the first time in years!!!

15-8

The Wolves owe losses to CLE, GS, ORL, PHX, TOR, and WAS.

Win out of the break vs Mem
1 of 2 vs OKC, POR, DAL
2 vs SA
HOU, LAL, DEN

Ls vs PHI, MIA, MIL, BOS, CHI

I think 10 is the number but love the optimism of some here. Go wolves.

Yeah, looks like 10 to me also, which would give us a successful .500 season and a likely home game in the play-in. The post-break half starts out with a couple tough home games against a very good Memphis team and a Philly team with Harden. One win in those two games would be very nice, but we'll be an underdog in both.
