J-Mac is out tonight. Nowell is active. What rotation are we going to see in the backcourt? Or will we only see a 9-man rotation. I can't wait to find out! ;-)

Towns is out tonight and Thursday against Portland, but is progressing well. Okogie could play Thursday. Nowell active but not expected to play.

Russell starts at PG tonight because of his excellent 8 minutes last game. Juancho starts because we have no other options at PF.

Juancho has played the worst of all players this season. If he can just sort of suck then that would be an improvement.

Hard to disagree. My bar is low for Juancho. I will be happy if he continues to rebound at his 9 per 36 rate and occasionally makes a shot.

I've noticed you understand this stuff more than me, but it's procedural only- no injury. Preserves his 2-way status, I guess.

OK. I get it. It's frustrating that we made him a 2-way contract guy again, but released RHJ which leaves us with an open roster spot just in case there's is some future trade that might require an extra roster spot. Wow.
