We might actually win this one- Wolves/Thunder GDT
I'm on record as saying we should be an automatic underdog in any game KAT doesn't play, and he's out again tonight, but with an average Thunder team missing 3 of its top 5 scorers (SGA, Hill and Dort), this one is there for the taking. Plus, if there is a shred of pride left in this team, they should come out with smoke coming out of their ears after the last shameful loss. I have a hunch Towns is sitting tonight only because Ryan doesn't want to play him in both ends of a BTB, so we might...dare I say it...win two in a row for the first time all season.
We're not a good team in any way with KAT out, but OkC may be worse with 3 good players out. Here's how they will likely start the game tonight:
C: Horford
PF: Bazley
SF: Jackson
SG: Diallo
PG: Maledon
Only Horford (and perhaps Maledon) is a viable 3-point threat in that lineup, and without Hill and SGA, they have nobody on their roster who is a facilitator. The Wolves are only favored by 1 1/2, but if they don't win this one, I'm going to suggest they just forfeit the rest of their games until KAT is ready to play.

For reals... I just checked out OKC's lineup without those guys... yuck.
No excuses in this one. If the Wolves don't play with some sense of desperation in this one... it's time to close up shop. Even amid fleeting options during a pandemic... I can find other things to waste my time than watching this team any more.

Al Horford will be on triple double watch tonight. Book it.

Yeah but is Horford on the same timeline as the rest of OKC?

I love Horford too, Cam...always wanted us to find a way to bring him to the wolves. But age seems to be catching up to him now that he is 34. He hasn't played 30 minutes in a game all season, and with another game tomorrow, I don't see them pushing him tonight. He's not the defensive force he has been in the past, and his assist numbers are down. It's going to be difficult for him to get 10 assists with no scorers to pass to! I'll give him his double/double though. Naz and Davis are going to have to chase him off the 3-point line, because the 3-pointer has become the centerpiece of his game as he ages...43% on 5.2 attempts.

Kat is out tonight. He has been working out with the team Saunders said. Hopefully he will be back soon.

Don't get too positive. Prepare for the worst and hope for the best. So I expect we get blown out but hope we win big with Edwards putting up a triple double. lol

Still going with four guards in the starting lineup... Alright. What does Josh Okogie provide that Jarred Vanderbilt or Jaden McDaniels don't?

I wish I could tell you. They both deserve to start over him.
