Dunn/Rubio + 7th for Butler and I will be dancing in the streets!

I doubt it would get done without Lavine or Wiggins.

I agree, but I think Chicago is going to make a bad trade, probably not to us but when he gets dealt I think we will all be laughing at the immediate return they get. I have zero faith in GarPax making a good trade

Interesting AP guy says the deal that almost happened last draft night was LaVine and Dunn. It was widely assumed that it was Rubio and Dunn which never made sense to me why the Bulls would want both. Krawcynski also feels that at the end of the day a LaVine + 7/Dunn might still be the best offer available to the Bulls

De Ja Vu.

I can't see a trade happening with out the Wolves having to part with Wiggins or LaVine (which they won't).

Unless the Bulls see potential in Dunn AND someone whose available at #7. Dieng would probably have to be included to make salaries match.

Reality is the Bull need to hit the rebuild switch as soon as possible.

I just don't know if the right value is there for us. If we give them Zach, I would stop at Zach, Ricky and maybe Tyus if they need a second young asset. There's your starting backcourt for the next X years for Butler. I only give them the pick or Dunn if Zach, Wiggins, Towns is off the board. I don't want a Ricky/Butler backcourt and I don't know why they'd want Ricky and Dunn and I don't think Ricky+7 is enough. I just don't think the values matchup from our perspective.

I don't see how the Celtics don't trump anything the Wolves would reaasonably offer.

They probably could but they might not want to give up assets when they can't beat the cavs now

I wouldn't lose sleep if push came to shove Thibs offered Wiggins but then again, I don't have this long term view of championship aspirations
