Butler was right

Post by thedoper »

Ugh. It made me so mad at the time but we really should have handed over the whole franchise to him. I dont think I can cheer for this team until Glen sells.

I don't think butler would make a whole lot of difference when we are trotting out a system that exposes all our weaknesses.

The system is almost as much of a problem as the roster. There are no men on this roster. We had one in Butler and should have given him the keys to the kingdom. Honestly its awful. There is no rebuild that can get us out of this. Fuck Taylor and this franchise.

Minnesota prefers hugs and kisses over wins. That's the way it goes. Fuck this franchise.

Yep fans bitched because for winning games for the 1st time in 15 years wasn't good enough because it wasn't pretty wins. Fuck that I want to be in the playoffs again

Looking at this roster now he should have been treated like a god for taking those stiffs to the playoffs. This is pathetic.

Turns out the right thing to do on a team with one shooter is to protect the ball and grind games out rather than jack up bricks and push the pace. Funny how the only guy who's proven anything at the NBA level from a winning standpoint happened to lead us to the most wins we've seen in a decade. At least everyone is happy now that they don't have to play basketball in a way that actually wins games. Maybe if Ryan started barking he could activate their sub-conscious programming of how to actually play basketball again. (This wasn't directed at you, just a commentary on be careful what you wish for for the board).

You can direct it at me. I was wrong. I was butthurt that Jimmy called out our young guys and acted like a dick. But he was right in his analysis. Thibs was right to yell at them too. Thibs built a better team than the pile of junk we have now. Hell I'd love to have Taj and Rose back even.

I prefer not to hear "ICE! ICE!" during telecasts.

[Note: To be fair, they could scream anything they want at this point incessantly. I'm finding it harder and harder to tune in at all...]
