Simpson Released

Post by Monster »

Well Simpson made that decision easy. He got a lot of chances and is actually talent which is why he got those chances but it opens up a chance for Smith or Thielan. Its nice that we actually have a couple WRs that are actually worthwhile NFL talents in Jennings and Patterson. I'm not convinced Wright is anything special but at least there is young guys that you can hope develop.

Yeah, he did make it easy...what a knucklehead. But it has to be a good thing that his dismissal has generated so little buzz. Simpson is a talented receiver, and the Vikings offense will not be quite as good without him. But the fact that even the most avid Vikings fan is accepting this move tells me that the NFL (and its fans) is starting to get it.

Lots of Rube chat guys are probably partying over there they thought he sucked ON THE FIELD. Lol Personally I speculate he would have been released even without all this other stuff that's happened around the league. He has gotten in trouble every year he has been a Viking. He was suspended this year already. Time to move on.
