Wolves wreck the Raptors GDT

Post by Wolvesfan21 »

Just imagine if Wiggins played with the energy and aggressiveness like Westbrook does. I was thinking about that watching his highlights from last night.

Got to pull a win out tonight. Can't half ass it and play down to the competition.

I'm behind in the game. Early in the 1st quarter still. I'm still dumbfounded by Teague with the first handful of possession. He had Wig wide open on the break for a dunk and just looked him off, to he could pull it out and dribble.

I was the only one who thought Teague played bad last week against the clippers. He states were decent, but the way he played was largely the same. He got bailed out that game with some foul calls. I don't know if it's a complete lack of confidence or not or but his feel for the game is terrible. He can't enter a pass in the post. That not an exaggeration either.

I'm gonna catch the fourth quarter on lunch break. Can someone summarize the first three quarters in four bullets?

Andrew's lack of handle on display. Having a tough time getting a step on a defender in 1:1 situations.

Bench especially gorgui played real good.

We are trading 2 for 3s.

Wiggins shot is not falling but doing other things.

Kat not getting touches

One team at home, another on the road. Hope we make it to the all star break without too much bleeding.

Missed free throws as well as poor execution and/or play design with under 1:00 to go look to be the real dagger. I'm not sure what that hot potato offense was with Teague and Towns at the end that's resulted in a Wiggins prayer, but it was ugly. Such a shame. I penciled this game in as a loss weeks ago, but we had an opportunity to steal it. Easily would have made up for last night's showing.

We didn't play bad but a whole team loss. I mean 5 missed FTs from butler. Wiggins shot bad (he did other things well). Kat only 7 shots. Teague dribbled the ball into the ground. Bench bad in the 2nd half
