All Star Game Participant

Post by Coolbreeze44 »

With only 10 players averaging more points than Wiggins, the question is does he make the all star game in Toronto? Just yes or no. Add your rationale.

I said yes. Only Harden scores more than him at the wing position in the conference. Add in his defensive reputation and our ok and not terrible record and I think he makes it in as our lone representative.

Yes. Wiggins is playing like an all star. Legit two way talent who is only going to get better.

PS. I wonder if the Greek freak is in consideration in the east?:)

On this forum?

Because I've read multiple national publications ripping his defense. Personally, I think he was mostly a gamer on D last season and looks pretty good this season. But I don't know if that translates to a "reputation" around the league as a surefire two-way threat.

Yet.

Well if he is a bench add, it will be the coaches who vote for him, If I recall correctly. They probably appreciate his D.

Giannis is averaging 18 / 7 / 3 / 51% fg. So I guess there's a chance despite Milwaukee's very uneven start.

The Wiggins we've been watching in the 4th quarter the past few weeks looks like an All Star type player.

We have not one, but two All-Star hopefuls. One can make a solid case for both of them if their numbers remain the same or even improve, which I expect them to. It's our W/L that will impact the decision.

Wiggins and Towns are the players I'm talking about... Just in case doper thought I was talking about Muhammad.

I am the 1 no vote right now and it is nothing against wiggins. The west is to good, Cousins didn't get in right away and he was averaging 24 12 3 and 1. I love wiggins and he will be a multiple time all star I just don't see it this year

You have to consider there is going to be a strong sentiment to add him since he is Toronto's favorite son.
