It looks to me like the ref may have been looking down court right when it happened because he looks back after the incident probably either he saw something outbid the corner of his eye or heard a yell. I have a hard time believing if he saw that play clearly he just decided not to call anything. Like it was said in another thread props to Bjelica keeping his cool.
